1. Grab safety pins, paper, and someone to help you pin if needed.
2. Add your alterations, pin your garment to your perfect fit, attach your notes with the order number, and checkout. We’ll check everything once your items arrive and confirm the final price.
3. Bag up your items. We’ll handle the collection, or you’re welcome to drop them at our Brighton studio if you’re local.
How it Works

Tap the “New pick-up & delivery” button. We’ll collect your item from your home and return it once it’s completed — a premium express door-to-door service.
Just remember to pin your garment with safety pins first.

Hit the “New appointment” button. Pick any day/time in the app — it’s just a placeholder.
After you choose your alterations, you’ll get an email with your order number.
From there, you can either:
Drop off your pinned items anytime at our 24/7 locker (include your order number), or
Book an in-person fitting if you need help with pinning.
Pinning is simple once you try it!

Select the alterations or repairs you need, and update the quantity box if you’re sending multiple items. Pin a note to each garment with the alterations you want, and make sure your items are correctly pinned.
How to Pin Your Garment
Use safety pins to show us how you’d like your garment to fit — it’s very simple:
Put the item on
Pinch the excess fabric
Secure with safety pins
Make sure you can still move, breathe, stretch, lift your arms, and walk comfortably. Always leave room to move.
Pinning becomes easy once you’ve done it once — and the more you do it, the better the results.

Some alterations need individual pricing because widths, layers, and fabrics vary. You’ll pay the average price in the app, send us your items, and we’ll review them at the studio. We’ll then email you the price difference with a quick payment link.
If you’re happy, we complete the work and return your items.
If not, we refund you minus a £15 service fee and send your items back.
It’s simple, efficient, and avoids extra visits!
